Wow, it's been a while... (Journal #8)

Sat Jul 1, 2006, 7:56 AM
Nice to see you all again... I know, it's been a while. Had a bunch of tests and crap like that to study for. I did really well on them, though. A 92 and 98...
Oh, well. Who cares?
So, I'm kind of in a rush... So that'll be all \o/

Game (Got tagged.) (Journal #7.)

Tue Apr 11, 2006, 9:49 AM
Okay, six things that are weird about me? Hm...

1) Katamari Damacy is my favorite game of all time, but I don't own that or even a PS2.
2) I wear contacts AND glasses. WTF!
3) I have over 500 songs in my library, yet I've only listened to about 100 of them.
4) I call many people at school "Mr. Anderson."
5) I can't draw well to save my life. XD;;
6) I can't think of six things weird about me. How about that!?

Journal #6 (Tribute to Mr. Zinna)

Sun Mar 26, 2006, 3:06 PM
Ryan Zinna. A beloved friend, teacher, father, son, and husband. You will never be forgotten.
He was my art teacher. 29 going on 30... why'd he have to go? He had a wife and a one-year-old child... He was working on his Art Master's Thesis... (I think.)

It started 6th period. I had Mr. Zinna 2nd period that day. He was fine! He was joking around, laughing.

6th period. I'm going back to the band room after getting lunch to write an extension to a solo in Jazz Band. All I see are teachers running. I have no clue what's going on, and they wouldn't tell me.

8th period. Tech. Mr. Sheehan spills the beans telling us Mr. Zinna collapsed in his room. "I hope he's okay..." I thought.

5:00. I called my friend to see if she caught One Piece. (She's NEVER heard Sanji's voice.) She said no, and then she said, "Have you heard about Mr. Zinna?"
I said, "Yeah, he collapsed."
And then she said, "No... he died."
Silence for a moment. I couldn't believe it. The seriousness/sadness in her voice proved that is was real...

Mr. Zinna was honored at school the next day, Friday. Everybody was crying (Well, not everybody, but you know.) and the mood in school was plain depressing.

Sunday (Today.) We arrived at the line around 2:20 for his wake.
We got in the home at 3:50. We stood another half hour in line, and we finally got to see him.

R.I.P. Mr. Zinna... one of the greatest teachers I have ever had. You will be missed.

(I know some people have heard this, but it's too hard to not talk about it.)

Journal #5

Sat Jan 7, 2006, 2:56 PM
Post a Comment in this Journal (anything you want) and I will reply to it with...

1. I'll respond with something random about you.
2. I'll tell you what song/movie reminds me of you.
3. I'll pick a flavor of jello to wrestle with you in.
4. I'll say something that only makes sense to you and me.
5. I'll tell you my first/clearest memory of you.
6. I'll tell you what animal you remind me of.
7. I'll ask you something that i've always wondered about you.
8. If i do this for you, you must post this on your journal.

So that's outta the way...

My fishy died... ;.;
It sucks... He rocked... he climbed up the walls sucking on them... I miss him...

Anyways, something happy: I made it to All County band, 1st Chair on Trombone! W00t!

And now: QUOTE OF THE WEEK! (Week! Week! Week... week...)
"If this line would be moving any slower, it would be going backwards.
--My friend Tony

Well, that's about it... let's just leave on a note:
Moo.

Journal #4

Wed Dec 28, 2005, 8:05 AM
Hey, everyone... Where to start?
Well, to start, I hope you guys had great Christmases (WTF? Is that even a word?) I'm sure I did... Bass Guitar, an amp, Bass Guitar for Dummes, a tuner... A bunch of bass guitar crap.
Secondly, a big thanks to everyone down at Kite-ridE's Forums... (www.foroccc.proboards37.com) It's your support that keeps me working. Thanks, guys. You rock.
Finally, my quote of the week (I guess.)
"I see you're drinking 1%. Is that 'cause you think you're fat?
Well, you're not. You could be drinking Whole if you wanted to."
--John Heder, Napoleon Dynamite

So, that about concludes it... Farewell for now and have a happy New Year!
